We investigate complaints about how provincial and local government organizations deliver services, make decisions that affect people, and communicate with the public. Generally, we won’t get involved until you have made reasonable efforts to raise your complaint directly with the organization you have concerns about, and given them an opportunity to respond through whatever complaint, appeal, or review processes are available.
