Resources for public sector organizations

The Public Authority Consultation & Training Team (PACT) works with public sector organizations across BC to support organizations to have fair decision-making processes and to deliver programs and services fairly. The team is experienced in the application of administrative fairness principles and is available to collaborate with you and your team.

How we can help

Consultation: We are available to consult with you to support fairness and continuous improvement. We provide feedback on existing programs and policies, proposed legislation, and draft policies. Online training and webinars:  We offer a free online course, Fairness 101, as well as several webinars about administrative fairness to support you and your staff. Click here to register or for more information.

Workshops: Our team offers in-person and virtual Fairness in Practice workshops throughout the year. Participants will explore what administrative fairness means and how to be fair when delivering services and making decisions. To learn more or to register, please click here.
